The beaches

Benidorm stands out for its five beaches with clear waters and an average annual temperature of 19 degrees all year round. The Poniente beach, which stretches for more than three kilometres, is located 50 metres from the residential complex. It has crystal clear waters and fine golden sand, a real jewel of the Mediterranean. There is also the Levante beach, one of the best known in Europe for its length, and the Mal Pas beach, home to an important Marine Reserve and an excellent seabed for scuba diving enthusiasts. There are coves in the area such as Tío Ximo cove or La Almadrava cove, renowned for their calm and crystal-clear waters. Both are great for scuba diving or snorkelling along the seabed.

Places to visit

Benidorm is well known for its theme parks: the Aqualandia water park, the largest in Europe, the Terra Mítica amusement park and the Aqua Natura water park. It is also known for its large number of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy local cuisine such as rice dishes, tapas and pinchos or international food. The Balcony of the Mediterranean enchants every visitor who comes to admire the magnificent sea views.

Golf Courses

Close to the Sunset Sailors residential complex, just one kilometre away, is the Las Rejas golf course. There are two other golf courses, designed by Nicklaus Design, about a ten-minute drive by car, located at the Villaitana Wellness Golf & Business Resort. Within half an hour's drive, there are several golf courses: Club de Golf Don Cayo in Altea Hills, Club de Golf Bonalba in Mutxamel and Club de Golf Ifach in Benissa.
