How long do we keep your personal data for?

Your personal data will be processed for as long as you do not revoke the consent given for this type of commercial or informative correspondence and, once revoked, we will keep them “blocked” whilst the liabilities deriving from the processing of your personal data are within the statute of limitations, for a maximum of 3 years.

It is a necessary requirement for signing up to receive the newsletter.

What are the consequences of not doing so?

It will be impossible to send it to you.

Will we transfer your personal data?

Commercial communications via e-mail are made through the services of MailChimp, which occupies the position of data processor.

This assignment means an international transfer of data, specifically of your e-mail account to the U.S., the place where MailChimp stores your data.

This transfer is regulated by the agreement between the European and American authorities known as Privacy Shield, which offers sufficient privacy guarantees to data subjects.

Your personal data may be transferred (not assigned) to companies forming our business group, due to the centralisation of the marketing department based on the legitimate interest of the data controller.

What rights do you have when providing us with your personal data?

Right of Access: You have the right to know whether your data are being processed and to receive that information in writing through the requested means.

Right of Rectification: You have the right to request the rectification of your data if they are inaccurate or incomplete.

You have the right to request the deletion of your data, but you must take into account that the right of deletion is limited when there is a legal obligation to retain or block your data.

In certain circumstances, data subjects may request the restriction of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defence of legal claims, protection of third parties or for reasons of important public interest.

In certain circumstances and for reasons related to your particular situation, you may object to the processing of your data. The data controller will cease to process the data, unless there are compelling legitimate reasons or for the exercise or defence of possible legal claims.

When the processing of your data is based on consent or is necessary for executing a contract or pre-contract and it is carried out by automated means, you will have the right to the portability of your data, that is, to its being delivered in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format, including sending it to a new data controller.

Any data subject may lodge a claim with the competent supervisory authority on data protection matters, especially when they have not been satisfied with the exercising of their rights. This will require a letter sent to the Spanish Personal Data Protection Agency at Agencia Española de Protección de Datos Personales, C/Jorge Juan n.º 6, 28001 Madrid, or through its electronic office at www.agpd.es

The forms for requesting the exercising of your rights can be found in the Privacy Policy/Rights section of our website. You may also request them by writing to the data controller’s address or you can even obtain them from the electronic office of the supervisory authority at www.agpd.es, and they must be sent to the data controller’s postal or e-mail address.

The data provided in these cases will be those included on your CV and those you provided in your cover letter, contact details and information on education and professional experience.
