Your personal data will be processed for as long as you do not revoke the consent given for this type of commercial or informative correspondence and, once revoked, we will keep them “blocked” whilst the liabilities deriving from the processing of your personal data are within the statute of limitations, for a maximum of 3 years.

Will we transfer your personal data?

Any data subject may lodge a claim with the competent supervisory authority on data protection matters, especially when they have not been satisfied with the exercising of their rights. This will require a letter sent to the Spanish Personal Data Protection Agency at Agencia Española de Protección de Datos Personales, C/Jorge Juan n.º 6, 28001 Madrid, or through its electronic office at www.agpd.es

You may also request them by writing to the data controller’s address or you can even obtain them from the electronic office of the supervisory authority at www.agpd.es, and they must be sent to the data controller’s postal or e-mail address.
What is the source of your personal data?
Initially, your personal data are collected directly from you. However, occasionally they may come from recruitment companies and other companies in TM Real Estate Group based on your consent granted.
The data provided in these cases will be those included on your CV and those you provided in your cover letter, contact details and information on education and professional experience.
