For the third consecutive year, TM Grupo Inmobiliario has published its Corporate Responsibility Report that includes the initiatives launched during 2020 with the aim of generating value for its stakeholders, and the main indicators of the impact that its activity has generated.
The Report reflects the company’s commitment to economic, social, and environmental sustainability and its commitment to transparency and good corporate governance-It also describes the efforts made in a year as difficult as 2020 in which unprecedented challenges had to be faced as a result of the pandemic.
TM’s main commitment is to contribute to the sustainable development, well-being, and progress of the communities in which it operates.
During 2020, thanks to the solidity of the business model, the operational and financial structure, and our staff’s hard work, despite the adverse circumstances, the group closed the year with a good economic performance, generating sustainable value in the period.

Aware of the importance of caring for the planet, it has carried out its activity with respect for the environment, promoting various sustainable initiatives.

The Report, published this year in Spanish and English, has been prepared taking into account some of the main international reference frameworks on the matter, such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the principles of the UN Global Compact.
