TM Real Estate Group sends a powerful message across Europe in the face of the negative news reported around the world

 

Madrid, November 2020 TM Real Estate Group, an Alicante-based leading company in the residential tourism sector, specialist in the construction and promotion of second homes along the Mediterranean coast, continues to work on promoting the Spanish Brand in Europe and on reviving residential tourism following the Coronavirus crisis. To do this, the company has launched a powerful message to counteract the negative international news and perception related to the impact of the Covid-19 situation in Spain.

With more than 50 years of experience in the real estate sector, the company has launched a Christmas campaign in 6 languages aimed at half of Europe, in spite of the turbulent market situation due to the recent health crisis. The campaign is directed specifically at Spain, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Germany, Poland, Sweden, Norway and Russia.

It is not the first campaign of this kind launched this year, since the Alicante-based company has been extolling national products since the beginning of the crisis, doing their part to revive the Spanish economy.

Their latest setup The Tranquillity of the Mediterranean, joins their last campaign “Your Future Will Love The Mediterranean”, incorporating 8D binaural sounds to bring the Mediterranean feeling to the comfort of your own home. This is a consecutive campaign following on the heels of the previous one and aims to promote the Spanish economy, in this case, through the sale of second homes in Spain.

The main objective of this recent campaign is to help mitigate the fear that surrounds buying real estate in Spain, positioning the Mediterranean area as a safe environment in which to acquire a home, encouraging sales from both national and international clients.
