The aim of the initiative is to contribute financially towards the rent of households in the municipality of Pulpí in situations of special need or at risk of social exclusion. TM Real Estate Group will donate 12,000 Euros towards the project, while the Town Council will contribute 6,000 Euros.
The President of TM Real Estate Group, Ángeles Serna, and Mayor of Pulpí, Juan Pedro García Pérez, signed a collaboration agreement to carry out a project to prevent housing exclusion, in order to provide a series of financial contributions to manage rent payments for families in the municipality who find themselves in a situation of special need or at risk of social exclusion.The signing took place at the Council’s facilities, with said agreement coming into effect from the moment the documents were signed.
The families to benefit from this project will be selected according to the procedure and scale approved by the Social Services Council, and must meet a series of requirements established in the rules fixed by the Town Council.
According to the agreement, Pulpí Town Council will donate 6,000 Euros, while TM Real Estate Group has committed to contributing 12,000 Euros, which will go towards partially paying the rent for selected households.
With this collaboration, TM Real Estate Group and Pulpí Town Council , highlight the importance of providing support to families in need within the municipality.
The signing of this agreement is set within the scope of TM Real Estate Group’s policy on corporate social responsibility and its model of responsible management, as a sign of their commitment to encourage access to homes for the benefit of those most disadvantaged.
