Yesterday, the CEO of TM Real Estate Group participated in a new edition of the property lunch organised by the Association of Property Developers of the Alicante Province, attended by the Regional Secretary of Tourism, Mr. Francesc Colomer.
Those present, which included the main representatives of developers in the province, discussed and shared their views on the significant contribution made by residential tourism to the economy of the Community of Valencia.
Finally, the meeting gave attendees the opportunity to learn first-hand about the Hospitality and Tourism Act project, as well as the tourism policy of the Government of the Community of Valencia.
TM Real Estate Group is one of the main companies specialising in residential tourism nationwide, with over 20,000 properties delivered since it began and 4,200 units in the main coastal areas of the Mediterranean Arc planned for the coming three years.
