Currently, the internal work process at TM is based on an Intergrated Control Scheme (Cuadro de Mando Integral) which has been developed using a Directives by Objectives (DPO) model, which seeks to integrate the benefits of internal processes, information systems and technological innovations to ensure the highest possible levels of satisfaction for both our internal and external clients.
