Cuando mi hija Cristina comulgó, no se me ocurrió otro paisaje mejor para hacerle las fotos que el maravilloso entorno de nuestra urbanización en Arenales Playa 6, ya que sus jardines, fuentes, el maravilloso puente que atraviesa la piscina... hacen que parezca que estás en el paraíso.

Es cierto que cuando una persona compra una vivienda, puede ser; o bien, el inicio de un sueño hecho realidad; o bien, la andadura de un calvario cuyo punto final finiquita en los Tribunales de Justicia.

ARENALES PLAYA 6-JUEGO DE LA HARINA
¡Cómo acabaron todos los que participaron en los juegos que se organizaron en la urbanización con motivo de la fiesta de verano 2010! Aquí vemos a Cristina, María y Silvia (de Arenales Playa 6) después de buscar caramelos dentro de la harina. Hubo juegos y chuches para todos.

El 21 de agosto hemos celebrado nuestra 2ª fiesta en Arenales Playa, 6 y nos lo pasamos genial. Hemos tenido animación infantil y juvenil con juegos como el del chocolate, harina ... y luego cenamos todos juntos y compartimos unos momentos de convivencia muy agradables. ¡SON MOMENTOS INOLVIDABLES QUE OJALÁ NUNCA SE PIERDAN!

Fun in the sun
In December 2007 my husband and I took a short break to our appartment at Laguana Golf which we had purchased the previous year. Since then we have taken every holiday there, alone, with friends and family. The decision to buy our TM place in the sun was the best one we ever made.

Mari Cruz disfruta en su apartamento
Toda la familia estamos encantados con nuestro apartamento. Mis hijos disfrutan mucho en la zona deportiva. Especialmente a mi mariado y a mí nos encanta la tranquilidad con la que podemos disfrutar en aquella playa, la limpieza de sus aguas y arena es de destacar. Otra de las cosas que mas nos agrada es poder asomarte al balcón y ver la amplitud de sus calles, y el pinar que tenemos a nuestar derecha. Los viernes todos pasamos un buen rato en el mercadillo.

Hola a todos, aqui tenemos a Lucia y Alejandro que se lo pasan pipa en la piscina de la urbanización de arenales. Ademas hacen un montón de amigos, como Luca, Ines, Joaquin, etc... Es una gozada para los niños, y también para los mayores que ya nos vamos conociendo y vamos haciendo alguna que otra salida nocturna.

The family Soriano amuse themselves at Terramar
Our client, Bartolomé Soriano Galiana, of Villajoyosa, has sent us this cute photo of his 5 year old daughter, Ángela, as she strikes a pose with the clown nose which we sent as part of the Family & Friends Plan 2009. Apparently, they told us the whole family enjoy taking strolls around Terramar with their clown disguises… It´s undeniable that they laughed and shared a special moment together with our nose!
One more at home
Maria and Cristóbal, TM clients living in Terramar, have sent us this photo of the day their beautiful pet, Maica, arrived into the family, accompanied in the picture by two equally cute nephews. They told us they really enjoy living in Terramar, and from the photo it shows. We´re confident Maica will be very happy in his new home and sure to enjoy many adventures running around the development. Maria and Cristóbal couldn´t contain the excitement and were dying to give us the best news yet: they´ve got married! From Club TM we´d like to pass on our most sincere congratulations and wish them all the best in this new stage in their lives.

Este año hemos estrenado apartamento en la playa. Y no sólo eso, sino que también hemos disfrutado del primer verano con nuestra hija. Me agrada pensar que en su primeros recuerdos ya existirán sus vacaciones en el nuevo apartamento de Los Arenales.

Announcing the winner for the holiday to Mallorca!
The prize draw was held during the reception for our Club TM clients at the Hospes Amérigo hotel in Alicante on the 19 July.
After an unforgettable evening in which so many of our clients joined us in an exceptional setting, Lola Campillo, our sales manager for the southern area, arranged the winning ticket to be drawn from all those competing in the draw. And the innocent hands of two of our client’s children were of great assistance for this.
Finally, luck fell on a married couple from Albacete, TM clients after purchasing a property in the Arenales Playa complex. And the winners are: José Manuel Rosa Ruiz and Nieves López García. We would like to congratulate them and hope they have a fantastic time during their week of sheer relaxation, courtesy of TM Real Estate Group.

Miguel Ángel’s family come from Zaragoza, but they often spend their summers at Arenales Playa. Here’s his daughter Carlota and her boyfriend Antonio sharing a passionate kiss in the water. This photo won second prize in last summer’s photography competition: A GPS satellite navigation system.
Party time at the TM Club
A party with a distinct Mediterranean flavour was thrown in September 2007. The event was extremely well supported, with many of our Club TM members there to enjoy the flamenco dance show, music, competitions, an inflatable castle for the kids and presents for everyone. It was a great opportunity to catch up with old friends and make new acquaintances.
