For years TM Real Estate Group has operated procedures aimed to promote recycling, re-use and the reduction of unnecessary costs. 

We can safely say, hand on heart, that TM Real Estate Group is a model company in terms of demonstrating a successful business committed to the three R’s (Reduce, Re-use and Recycle)

A few years ago new work procedures were imbedded into the internal processes of the company which, evidently, led to cost reductions but also the protection of natural resources.

Some of these actions include:

  • · Refitting and re-using portable sales offices
  • · Refurbishing equipment and office material
  • · Refurbishing photocopiers, fax machines and printers.
  • · Recycling toners and cartidges, both from printers and photocopiers and fax machines.
  • · Recycling old mobiles, especially the batteries.
  • · Recycling or re-using paper.  Printing on both sides of the sheet etc.
  • · Increased use of emails or electronic catalogues to reduce paper consumption.
  • · Sending regular communications to employees asking them to adopt working habits committed to recycling and the environment
