Press Room TM embarks on its first social housing project in Brazil

TM Real Estate Group has applied for a licence to build 160 properties, with marketing of the project to begin in the coming months! 

Following on from its experiences with The Fives, a hotel complex on the Mexican Caribbean, TM Real Estate Group continue their international activities as they embark on a social housing project in Brazil.

The project is located in Lauro de Freitas, a coastal town with around 150,000 inhabitants situated next to Salvador de Bahia, in the North East of Brazil, which also enjoys a direct link to Europe via its international airport.

TM will be constructing 160 properties as part of the “Minha Casa, Minha Vida” (My home, my life) programme, a new inicitative by the Brazilian Government to allow access to housing for the working classes through favourable and affordable financing options.
