TM Real Estate Group today concluded a new land purchase which represents a 6 Million Euro investment for the Spanish construction company based on the Costa Blanca.  Residencial Azul Beach, as it will be known, is an excellent location a mere 200 metres from the beach at La Mata and will feature between 64 & 69 apartments (either with garden or solarium), all with excellent sea views, and should be on sale during the first quarter of 2011.
