Press Room TM invests over 5 Million Euros in infrastructure at Mar de Pulpi 

 

Community improvements gather momentum at TMs star project, where the first properties are scheduled to be handed over in July. 

Mar de Pulpi is a beach front development on the Spanish Mediterranean Coast, located in the town of San Juan de los Terreros, Almeria. Representing an investment in 2011 of over 12 Million Euros, with a further 5 Million Euros set aside for improvements to the local infrastructure, including a large coastal park with gardens running the length of the project, Mar de Pulpi is rapidly becoming one of the most important projects in the 40 year history of TM.

A development comprising of various property types and offering 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, with garden and/or solarium, communal pool, spacious gardens and communal areas and parking included in the price, the focal point of Mar de Pulpi is its “unsurpassed closeness to the sea and amazing, unspoilt views”, affirms Angeles Serna, Commercial Director for TM.

Always at the forefront of innovation within the sector, this is also the first TM project to feature the installation of a webcam 24 hours a day, which “allows property owners to watch how the building work is progressing, a leading concern for anyone buying a property off-plan these days”, commented Miss. Serna.

At the time of publishing, sales volumes reflect the unique quality of Mar de Pulpi. “More than 30% of the properties have been sold, the majority off-plan and from mid-2010, but with the recent opening of the show homes, this interest has been steadily increasing”, concludes the Commercial Director for TM.
