Press Room TM continues investing in its team leaders

TM, as a company, strives to continually improve, and what better way than through its most important asset as a company, its staff. TM is committed to both the personal and professional development of its staff and to this end recently finished a training programme titled “Leadership Development for Executives and Managers” (Desarrollo en Liderazgo de nuestros Directivos y Responsables).

The course explored and developed crucial issues such as coaching and influence, key characteristics of great leaders both now and in the future.

We continue to not only train our staff, but also forge great leaders!
