Press Room Official launch party at Mar de Pulpi, Costa Almeria 

 

This beachfront development, celebrated its official launch in the presence of local authorities 

Last Friday, 29th July, TM officially launched its latest beach front project, Mar de Pulpi. The launch was attended by the Mayor of Pulpi, Juan Pedro García, together with the Executive Councillor for Planning, Ana María Cano and representatives from TM Real Estate Group, local businesses and clients who had bought at Mar de Pulpi.


TM President, José Luis Serna, introduced the event by noting that over 60% of the first phase had already been sold, and that TM would “continue with the building of the next phases, offering properties which reflect quality and a respect for the surrounding environment which home buyers are now demanding”.


He also expressed his hopes and dreams for when the project is fully completing, commenting that “San Juan de los Terreros, that is to say Pulpi, will earn a prominent place in local tourism, a place it rightfully deserves.”


For his part, the Mayor congratulated TM and offered the continuing support of the local town hall with the project which he described as a project which he hoped would “set an example and inspire other businesses to develop their activities in the area.”


The celebrations ended with a symbolic handing over of keys by the President of TM to the first home owners at Mar de Pulpi, followed by an honorary toast to the delight of all those invited in one of the gardens of the Coastal Park which runs along the front of the development.
