Over 95% of our staff recommend working in TM 

As with most years, the people who make TM what it is today were given the opportunity to speak freely and give their impressions and opinions regarding the working conditions at TM via a survey we conduct each year.

The results were very gratifying, with over 82.5% of those surveyed considering that the atmoshphere in the work place was either positive or very positive. What’s more, 96% stated that they would recommend working in TM to friends or family.

As a company, we are very satisfied with the information obtained from the survey and taking everything on board, each day we continue to work to create a pleasant and healthy work environment for our staff, and value the opinions and suggestions of everyone who makes up our great team. Every voice is important, and every opinion counts!
