Recent surveys reveal a staggering 100% of our new clients would recommend TM! 

With the aim of continually offering a better service to our clients, for years TM Real Estate Group has conducted client satisfaction surveys at key points during the process of buying a property in Spain. These surveys are vital in allowing us to get to know our clients and their opinions both of us as a company, and more importantly on how we can improve the services we offer.

During 2011, 100% of our new clients are either fairly or very satisfied with the commercial attention they received and as for those clients who have taken possession of their new property during this year, more than 90% said they were either fairly or very satisfied with the different aspects of the delivery, and 100% with the general state of their property.

Another interesting fact which emerged from the surveys was that over 90% of those surveyed viewed TM Real Estate Group as a company with confidence, stating this aspect as one of the four main reasons for deciding to buy with TM: the solvency and professionalism of the company!

Results aside, TM would like to thank all those clients who took part in the survey and gave us your opinions, comments and suggestions. They mean a lot to us and we will study each one carefully to allow us to continue to improve the quality of the services we offer, and the perception of confidence and reliability which the TM brand holds.
