Danish market buys Spanish properties at fair in Denmark

 

 

 

TM Denmark are brimming with confidence after the Bolig I Udlandet Property Fair held in Fredericia, Denmark, on the 25th & 26th September.  They reported a really positive atmosphere during the two day fair, which demonstrated that the Danes are “back looking for properties in Spain”. 

Much of the interest generated at the TM stand centered on the new build projects Mar Ses Cales (Majorca); Residencial Sol Marino (Orihuela Costa) and the star of the show, the spectacular beach front development at Mar de Pulpi, Almeria.

The AIPP Best Developer: Western Europe award also helped to keep the team at TM Denmark busy during the fair, with TM Denmark Sales Director, Bjarne Christiansen, even managing to take time out to present a seminar to 110 interested people about buying a property in Spain.

“We are now looking forward to help all the clients we talked to – to find their dream property in Spain,” affirmed Bjarne.
