Despite this, if you wish to inform us of any problem or query you might have following the hand over of your property, please feel free to contact our Customer Services department, or SAC (Servicio de Atención al Cliente).

-By Telepone.  Call +34 902 15 15 34 and speak to one of our specialists.  The office hours for personalised attention are:

Monday to Friday: 10.00 am – 6.00 pm

Saturdays: 10.00 am - 2 pm

-Send us your comments using the “Incidents” tab in your private area (SAC>Snagging List), or by sending an e-mail to sac@tmgrupoinmobiliario.com.  One of our After-Sales specialists will receive your enquiry and let you know the steps you will need to take to resolve the problem.
