The Beaches

The plot is located on the beachfront and very close to a number of coves and smaller beaches. The main beach is called Playa del Fortí, with fine sand and equipped with beach services. Next to the estate, the Sol de Ríu cove is a beauty spot with approximately 75 m of fine golden sand, accessible via a stairway. Other nearby coves are Les Deveses and Les Timbes, with a promenade, palm trees and parking spaces.

Amenities

Just a few minutes from the estate are a complete range of amenities for comfortable living: at 1.5 km cafe-restaurant-supermarket; at 4 km another supermarket and various shops; at 6 km the district hospital; at 3.5 km a chemists and at 4 km the municipal sports pavilion. The sports marina and fishing port is only 5 km from the estate. The estate is quite close to the town centre of Vinaroz, only 4.5 km away, with a range of amenities: auditorium, municipal market, health centre, schools, bullring, restaurants, taxi rank, etc.
