Golf courses

The outstanding Villamartín golf course, with 18 holes, is only 300 metres from the development. A further two 18-hole golf courses are also nearby: Las Ramblas and the Real Club de Golf Campoamor.

This estate has a full range of amenities nearby. Only 200 m away are shops, bars and restaurants in the famous “Plaza de Villamartín”. There’s also a shopping centre planned for the area, only 100 m from the development, inside of which there are various shops. 15 minutes away is the Habaneras Shopping Centre, on the Torrevieja-Crevillente road, as well as a hospital and various health centres.
