RESERVE YOUR PROPERTY NOW USING YOU CREDIT CARD
To make the process of reserving your property both quick and easy, you can now make the reservation using your credit card. The card payment is immediate and the reservation will be confirmed instantly. To reserve via the Internet, your credit card needs to be suitably configured for this function. It is also important that you consult with your bank to confirm the credit available on your card. It is possible that, in some cases, you may need to ask permission from your bank before processing the reservation payment. Our system allows payment using VISA credit cards. Payment by AMERICAN EXPRESS is not supported by our website. Once the reservation payment is confirmed, a sales advisor from TM will contact you as soon as possible on the telephone number you provided in the reservation form. The advisor will then explain the procedure to continue with the rest of the reservation and corresponding payment, that must be made by bank transfer with 7 days from the first reservation payment.
YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS
Once these legal conditions are read and accepted, you should complete the following form with your personal details. The reservation should be done in the name of the title holder of the card with which payment is made. You expressly authorize the developer to include your data in a computerized file of the group of Companies TM Real Estate Group, domiciled in Plaza José Luis Serna, 1 - 03184 - Torrevieja (Alicante), in order to manage this business relationship, in coherence with the established in the 15/1999 data protection act. On the other hand, you have the right to access and rectify such data, by means of a communication addressed to the company, at the address quoted or via the email datos@TMGrupoinmobiliario.com Furthermore, you authorize the use of your data in order to inform you of the activities and products of the TM group. All this, unless you check the box () or contact the company as indicated above. In any case, for the purposes of this contractual relationship, in its fulfillment and execution, the data provided by the client may be used, even facilitated to third parties, and always in order to comply with the object of the contract, without prejudice to the legally established secret duty.
KEEP YOUR RESERVATION PROOF OF PAYMENT
Once you have completed your personal details and actioned the bank transfer, you should print the document which confirms and validates your reservation. Please, keep this document for future operations with TM Grupo Inmobiliario.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF THE RESERVATION IF YOU HAVE NOT VISITED YOUR PROPERTY.
If you have still not visited your property and having reserved you decide not to continue with the purchase, you will have a period of - 7 days -, counting from date of issue of the reservation receipt, to give written and formal notice of your wish not to initiate or proceed with the purchase. The written cancellation should be sent to the Client Administration Department, at the address: Plaza José Luis Serna, 1 - 03184 - Torrevieja (Alicante) or email: clientes@tmgrupoinmobiliario.com
Once the cancellation document is received, TM Grupo Inmobiliario will proceed to refund the amount handed over within a maximum period of - 7 days - and to the same card with which you carried out the reservation, thus concluding the agreement. If TM Grupo Inmobiliario were unable to contact the client within the period set for the formalisation of the purchase and if the client had also failed to get in touch, the mercantile will proceed to resolve the agreement in the following way 1) Keeping the amounts paid in lieu of damages and 2) Immediately releasing the property, for commercialisation and sale on the part of the promoter.
