Government body grants TM Real Estate Group the highest award a constructor can win! 

On the 26th January 2010, the Junta Consultiva de Contratación Administrativa or Contracting Administration Advisory Committee, an independent body of the Spanish Ministry of Economy & Treasury (Ministerio de Economía y Hacienda), has carried out a study of construction companies and awarded Residencial Vista Alegre S.A. (one of the four companies which make up TM Real Estate Group) with Category F, the highest ranking which a construction company can receive.

This classification is an essential requirement for companies wanting to bid for Public Administration projects with a value above 300,000 Euros, but for TM Real Estate Group the classification is also seen as an acknowledgement of their capacity and experience in executing this type of construction work.  In this way, TM Real Estate Group believe that this public recognition of their professionalism and trajectory as a company will aid them in the future, if they wish, in landing public construction contracts in the future as well as improving the corporate profile of TM Real Estate Group as a brand name on the world stage.

TM Real Estate Group is currently evaluating the possibility of acquiring higher classifications in the area of Urban Construction together with those for Public Construction, which also falls under the jurisdiction of the Junta Consultiva.
