Mexican resort goes Caribbean 

TM started off the year with some good news. Our Mexican residential estate The Fives Hotel and Private Residences has grown bigger. We purchased the land adjacent to the resort on the southern side, connected to the beach.

The immediate outcome is that the Beach Club will double in size, while increasing beachfront area on the Caribbean  – for many the most beautiful sea in the world.

This step confirms The Fives Hotel and Private Residences’ status as the best real estate opportunity on the Mayan Riviera. Apart from benefits such as holiday homes for all the family, the investment has now significantly risen in value.

We think it’s quite a feat. It was only two years ago that TM came to El Carmen Beach, and now the project has not only become a reality, it has surpassed all expectations. The Fives is growing in value and profitability, increasing the size of the happy TM family.
