Press Room TM open doors on the beginning of a new project in Brazil

TM reaches an agreement with the local authorities of Porto Alegre to develop a new project of 800 properties in this regional capital. 

We´ve already made the leap to “The Americas” with our residential project The Fives Hotel & Private Residences, on the Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen, Mexico, but now we are fixing our sights on Brazil. In this country, whose territory occupies almost half of the South American Continent, and more specifically in the region of “Río Grande del Sure” and its capital Porto Alegre, TM Real Estate Group will develop a project destined for social housing. The agreement was signed last month by Pablo Serna, Director General of TM Real Estate Group, and the President of the Municipal Chamber of Porto Alegre, Sebastiao Melo.
