Press Room TM start regeneration work on the Beach at Los Nardos, Almeria

TM Real Estate Group have begun improvements to the Beach at Mar de Pulpi, on the Costa Almeria. 

Mar de Pulpi is a new flagship development which TM Real Estate Group are constructing in the Almerian town of San Juan de los Terreros, close to Pulpi and the thriving tourist town of Águilas, Murcia.  It represents a project  offering beachfront properties with a true Mediterranean style designed for family enjoyment.

The development also includes the creation of a coastal park which will feature, amongst other things, a large beachfront promenade lined with lush vegetation and urban furniture.  An important factor of this coastal park is the beach, and for this reason TM has also started an ambitious regeneration programme on the Playa de los Nardos, replacing the existing beach consisting of small stones and rough sand with fine, higher quality sand, converting an area once unsuitable for bathing into a true beachcombers paradise.
