TM inaugurates various developments with exclusive opening ceremonies 

Towards the end of September 2009, members of the Executive Board of TM Real Estate Group travelled as far afield as Molina de Segura for the inauguration ceremony of Residencial Los Alamos de Molina – a V.P.O. or social housing project for Spanish clients a few kilometres from Murcia.

The quaint ceremony marked the completion of building work for this “first property” housing project located in Molina de Segura, in the province of Murcia.  The visit was aimed at giving a boost to the team involved in the project, recognising their hard work and commitment which made meeting the strict deadlines possible.  It also served as a “mark of quality” to the high standards and finishes of this residential project.

Equally, October witnessed three further inauguration ceremonias at the developments Las Villas de Aspe, Los Altos de Alicante (Busot) and Arenales Playa 7, all close to Alicante.  These inaugurations are the culmination of months of hard work on the part of everyone involved in the project – from the architects, planners and builders who give shape and form to the development right through to the sales team – so that everything is completed in true TM fashion, eg on time and of the highest standard!
