TM – Best Developer in Western Europe 2010… It’s official!!

The AIPP, a UK-based property sector watchdog, award TM Real Estate Group Best Developer – Western Europe 2010 during a prestigious trade fair in London.
TM Real Estate Group’s International Sales Director, Jesús Serna, was on hand to receive the award during the popular A Place In The Sun international property show, which took place from the 26th to the 28th March 2010.
The award ceremony itself took place on the first day of the show, with 11 companies taking home the sought after trophy, a mark of true quality and customer commitment within the industry.
“The public presentation ceremony provided an excellent platform to reward those companies striving for excellence in their customer service,” explained Sue Ash, AIPP Board Member. “We congratulate all of the winners, and all those who were shortlisted.”
The AIPP awards began in 2008 with a humble aim to recognise those companies within the real estate industry who stand out for their high standards of product, customer services and support they provide their staff or agent networks.
“It’s an important day for us as a company,” said Alfonso Cavas, TM Sales Director for the UK & Ireland. “This is an important award within the industry and means a lot to us as it reflects not just product or pricing, but what’s really important – customer care, professionalism and honesty. This award is thanks mainly to how we look after the people who have made TM the company it is today – its customers and agents.”
This idea was reflected by the AIPP judges, who highlighted the clarity of TM’s advertising campaigns, its After-Sales Service (SAC) and the recent launch of it’s dedicated client-only website as key factors in their decision.
