Press Room Holiday in Mallorca

The raffle will include everyone who attends the gala which TM Real Estate Group is holding for its clients on the 19th July 2008, at the Hospes Amérigo Hotel in Alicante.  

 

All of the TM clients and their guests who deposit the coupon with their details in the Raffle Box can enter into the raffle.  Once again, TM would like to express gratitude to all who have placed their faith and confidence in our company and who continue to enjoy the benefits of owning a TM property.  The prize conforms with the following terms and conditions:

HOLIDAY IN MALLORA – TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1.- All those who attend, by invitation, the cocktail event held at the Hospes Amérigo Hotel in Alicante on the 19th July 2008 at 21:00 hrs can take part in the raffle.  To enter, each person must deposit in the designated Raffle Box a coupon containing their personal details.

2.- The raffle is NOT OPEN to employees or family members of any of the TM Real Estate Group companies.

3.- The draw will be carried out the same day as the party, between all the coupons which have been entered AND have all the details filled in correctly.  Before the end of the party, the winner will be announced to all the guests at the event.

4.- In the event that we cannot locate the winner, another coupon will be drawn.

5.- The prize comprises of a trip to the island of Mallorca for 7 days for two people.  Includes flights and accommodation at a TM development.  Does not include transport to and from the departure airport or meals.  Does not include any other type of cost generated during your stay on the island or travel expenses apart from those stated.  The prize winners will be collected from the airport at Palma de Mallorca by TM personnel and taken to the development.  On the last day of the holiday, TM personnel will pick up the winners and take them to the airport.

6.- The trip can be taken at any date which coincides with the low season, and before the 31st December 2008.  The winners must communicate the dates selected with a minimum of 15 days prior to travel.

7.- The name of the holiday winner will be published in the internal TM magazine, “TM en Accion”, which you can print from the TM website, as well as in other medias which in the moment we consider appropriate.

8.- The details of the people who participate in the raffle will be entered into the files held by TM Real Estate Group, with the view to obtain statistics and diverse marketing actions.  In compliance with the Organic Law 15/1999 dated 13th December of the Protection of Personal Data (“La Ley Orgánica 15/1999 de 13 de diciembre para protección de datos de carácter personal (LOPD)), participants can exercise their right to access, rectification or cancelation of these details, through communication in writing to the Central Offices detailed above.

9. – Participation in the raffle assumes the acceptance of all the terms and conditions outlined here.  The prize is NOT exchangable for the cash equivalent or other prize options.
