Amazing results of the Post-Sale Client Satisfaction Survey 2008 

83% of clients surveyed stated that they were either “satisfied or very satisfied” overall with the experience of becoming a TM Real Estate Group client.  What’s more, 94% of the clients surveyed stated they would recommend TM to relatives or friends who were interested in buying a property.

We consider these results to be especially positive bearing in mind that they reflect the opinions and valuations of our clients one year following delivery of their homes.

Every year TM Real Estate Group carries out a study regarding the satisfaction of our clients 12 months or more following the delivery of the property to the new owner.  For this study we selected a sample of 226 clients, both Spanish and foreign, from those who had a property delivered in 2007, and contacted them by telephone.  This study was conducted by an independent company specialising in satisfaction surveys.

 The survey questioned clients about their opinions on the services which TM Real Estate Group had provided during the hand over of their home, together with their overall views on the purchasing process, so that we could learn direct from our clients where we can improve our services.
