Joining an exciting business venture. First of all: We have to realize where to direct our energy. As a result of a period of training and follow-ups of our new members, mixed with the Management by Objectives we have at TM, we make sure that every member of our team has the information necessary and understanding of the main goals and strategies of the company. Besides, a small part of our employees bonuses are directly correlated to results, so we value objectives achievement highly.
Training and professional development. Mathematical expression: If you grow, TM grows. 97.5% of our team leaders come from internal job promotions. We have implemented a three-year training program with a total cost of 500.000€. We acknowledge employees worried about their professional growth.
