The Beaches

The beaches of Punta Prima and La Zenia are 900 m away. Flanking these are the beaches and coves of Orihuela Costa, such as Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig, Cala Capitán, and Playas de Torrevieja.

Golf courses

There are various fine golf courses in the environs: the most well-known internationally are Villamartín, Las Ramblas and Campoamor

Amenities

The estate has all kinds of amenities close at hand, as the town of Orihuela Costa is a well-consolidated year-round tourist area. There’s a good choice of shopping centres, with Carrefour and Supercor supermarkets. 10 minutes away is the Habaneras Shopping Centre in Torrevieja, on the Torrevieja-Crevillente road. There are 5 sports marinas in 16 km of coastline and three 18-hole golf courses in the environs of the estate. Villamartín, Las Ramblas and the Real Club de Golf Campoamor. Torrevieja hospital and health centre are only 5 km away from the estate.

Depending on the orientation, homes have views over the swimming pool and landscaped garden zones, or over the municipal sports complex.
