The Beaches

Located in front of the development is the pituresque seafront promenade with its landscaped areas, gardens and palm trees and literally a few metres away you find the "Playa del Torre" beach. Villajoyosa, only 2 km away, offers the fabulous beaches of Almadraba, Estudiant, Tío Roig etc along a coastline of more than 12 km. If that´s not enough, the famous beaches of Benidorm are only 6 km away.

Golf courses

Just a few minutes from Terramar lies the "Westing Real de Faula" complex, which has two golf courses: the 72-par Professional course (Campo Profesional) and the 62-par Executive course (Campo Ejecutivo). The complex also has a magnificent hotel area and spa.

Amenities

In Villajoyosa you’ll find all the services you need, open all year round. Just a few minutes from Terramar is a hospital and the La Marina shopping centre, with supermarkets such as Carrefour and Mercadona, and restaurants. Also under development is the Galandú Shopping Centre, soon to be one of largest in Europe. The Terra Mítica theme park is 5 km away and the Villajoyosa Tennis Club is a mere 5 minutes away.
