The Beaches

Just in front of the estate is the picturesque seafront promenade with its landscaped garden areas, and a few metres away is the Torres beach. Villajoyosa, at only 2 km, offers its fabulous beaches of Almadraba, Estudiant, Tío Roig, etc., with a coastline totalling over 12 km. The famous beaches of Benidorm are only 6 km away.

Golf courses

Just a few minutes from Terramar lies the "Westing Real de Faula" complex, which has two golf courses: the par-72 Campo Profesional and the par 62 Campo Ejecutivo. The complex also has a magnificent hotel zone and Spa.

Amenities

In Villajoyosa you’ll find all the amenities you need, all year round. Just a few minutes from the estate is the hospital and the La Marina shopping centre, with supermarkets like Carrefour and Mercadona, and a restaurant area. Under development is the Galandú Shopping Centre, soon to be one of largest in Europe. The Terra Mítica theme park is 5 km away - the Villajoyosa Tennis Club: 5 minutes.
