The Beaches

The beaches of Punta Prima and La Zenia are 900 m away. Flanking these are the beaches and coves of Orihuela Costa, such as Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig, Cala Capitán, and Playas de Torrevieja.

There are various golf courses in the environs: of special note are Villamartín, Las Ramblas and Campoamor.

The estate has all kinds of amenities close at hand, as the town of Orihuela Costa is a well-consolidated tourist area. Supermarkets: Carrefour, Eroski, Supercor, etc. 10 minutes away is the Habaneras Shopping Centre in Torrevieja, on the Torrevieja-Crevillente road. There are 5 sports marinas in 16 km. Torrevieja hospital and health centre are only 5 km away.
