The Beaches

Only 650 metres away is the fantastic Arenales del Sol beach, with fine golden sand, stretching along the coast for over 5 km, plus the natural dune parkland of the same name. And flanking this are the beaches of El Altet and La Playa del Carabassí.

Golf courses

In the environs of Arenales Playa there are various 18-hole Golf Courses: Alicante Golf in Playa de San Juan (Alicante), Alenda Golf in Monforte del Cid, Golf & Spa Bonalba in Mutxamiel and El Plantío on the old Alicante-Elche road.

Amenities

Just a few minutes from the estate, on Avenida de San Bartolomé in Tirajana, you’ll find supermarkets, banks, chemists and a range of local shops. Next to the National Route N-332 is the Gran Alacant shopping centre. There are 3 health centres in the environs: Arenales, El Altet and Gran Alacant. The nearest hospital is in Alicante. In summer there are markets on Tuesdays and Fridays, right in front of the estate, with a wide choice of stalls.

Depending on the situation or height of your property, you can enjoy spectacular views of the Clot de Galvany natural park, swimming pool, sports area and/or the sea and Alicante Bay.
