Just a few metres from the estate you can find all kinds of amenities: chemists, banks, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. 15 minutes away is the Habaneras Shopping Centre in Torrevieja, on the Torrevieja-Crevillente road. There are five Sports Marinas along 16 km of coastline: 1 in Torre de la Horadada, 2 in Orihuela Costa and 2 in Torrevieja. The new Torrevieja hospital is located 8 km from the estate, on the local road CV-95, and the closest health centre is in El Acequión in Torrevieja.
