The city of San José de Los Cabos offers a multitude of leisure pursuits. The golf course is located near the residential complex and the sports marina is 3 minutes away by car. Just a few metres from the residential complex are shopping centres, restaurants with international and Mexican cuisine, banking services and all kinds of water sports facilities and adventure options, such as excursions on quads, buggies or horseback, along trails with incredibly beautiful scenery. The Tourist Corridor of Los Cabos, a coastal strip running from Cabo San Lucas to San José, is a first-rate resort area, with eight exclusive golf courses and lots of water sports available in the Sea of Cortés, particularly: surfing, fishing, diving and sailing.

From the residential complex you command views of the bay of San José de Los Cabos (from Punta Palmilla to Punta Gorda) with spectacular 180º sea views from almost all properties. You can also look out over the Fonatur golf course.
