Amenities

The town of Molina has all kinds of amenities: a variety of schools, chemists, health centres and the Virgen de la Consolación hospital. Bus station with urban bus lines from Murcia (regular line 22) and a taxi rank at the station. Close by the estate are two large shopping centres: Condomina and Thader. IKEA is only 10 minutes away. There are also golf courses, the nearest of which is the Altorreal golf club, with 18 holes.
