Es cierto que cuando una persona compra una vivienda, puede ser; o bien, el inicio de un sueño hecho realidad; o bien, la andadura de un calvario cuyo punto final finiquita en los Tribunales de Justicia.

¡Cómo acabaron todos los que participaron en los juegos que se organizaron en la urbanización con motivo de la fiesta de verano 2010! Aquí vemos a Cristina, María y Silvia (de Arenales Playa 6) después de buscar caramelos dentro de la harina. Hubo juegos y chuches para todos.

El 21 de agosto hemos celebrado nuestra 2ª fiesta en Arenales Playa, 6 y nos lo pasamos genial. Hemos tenido animación infantil y juvenil con juegos como el del chocolate, harina ... y luego cenamos todos juntos y compartimos unos momentos de convivencia muy agradables. ¡SON MOMENTOS INOLVIDABLES QUE OJALÁ NUNCA SE PIERDAN!

Toda la familia estamos encantados con nuestro apartamento. Mis hijos disfrutan mucho en la zona deportiva. Especialmente a mi mariado y a mí nos encanta la tranquilidad con la que podemos disfrutar en aquella playa, la limpieza de sus aguas y arena es de destacar. Otra de las cosas que mas nos agrada es poder asomarte al balcón y ver la amplitud de sus calles, y el pinar que tenemos a nuestar derecha. Los viernes todos pasamos un buen rato en el mercadillo.

Verano 2009 en Los Arenales
Este año hemos estrenado apartamento en la playa. Y no sólo eso, sino que también hemos disfrutado del primer verano con nuestra hija. Me agrada pensar que en su primeros recuerdos ya existirán sus vacaciones en el nuevo apartamento de Los Arenales.

The family Soriano amuse themselves at Terramar
Our client, Bartolomé Soriano Galiana, of Villajoyosa, has sent us this cute photo of his 5 year old daughter, Ángela, as she strikes a pose with the clown nose which we sent as part of the Family & Friends Plan 2009. Apparently, they told us the whole family enjoy taking strolls around Terramar with their clown disguises… It´s undeniable that they laughed and shared a special moment together with our nose!
One more at home
Maria and Cristóbal, TM clients living in Terramar, have sent us this photo of the day their beautiful pet, Maica, arrived into the family, accompanied in the picture by two equally cute nephews. They told us they really enjoy living in Terramar, and from the photo it shows. We´re confident Maica will be very happy in his new home and sure to enjoy many adventures running around the development. Maria and Cristóbal couldn´t contain the excitement and were dying to give us the best news yet: they´ve got married! From Club TM we´d like to pass on our most sincere congratulations and wish them all the best in this new stage in their lives.

Die Auslosung fand am 19. Juli im Hotel Hospes Amérigo in Alicante während eines Empfangs für TM-Club-Kunden statt. Nach einem unvergesslichen Abend, an dem wir uns mit vielen unserer Kunden in einem außergewöhnlichen Rahmen getroffen haben, führte unsere Vertriebsleiterin des Bereichs Süd, Lola Campillo, die Verlosung durch. Zwei Kinder unserer Kunden waren ihr dabei eine wertvolle Hilfe. Schließlich fiel das Los auf ein Kundenehepaar aus Albacete mit einer Eigentumswohnung in der Urbanisation Arenales Playa. Partytime im TM-Club
Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, dass wir im September 2007 viele unserer TM-Clubmitglieder begrüßen durften. Das Event hatte einen „intensiven Geschmack“ nach Mittelmeer und wurde von einer Aufführung im Flamencotanz gekrönt. Es gab außerdem Musik, eine Hüpfburg für die Kleinsten, Wettbewerbe und ein Geschenk für alle Teilnehmer. Wir haben alte Bekannte getroffen und konnten neue Freundschaften schließen. Gleichzeitig haben wir etwas mehr über die Meinung unserer Gäste zum TM-Club erfahren.

Miguel Ángel genießt mit seiner Familie den Sommer in Arenales Playa. Seine Tochter Carlota und ihr Freund Antonio küssen sich leidenschaftlich im Wasser. Mit diesem Foto haben sie den zweiten Preis des Fotowettbewerbs vom letzten Sommer gewonnen, ein GPS-Satelliten-Navigationssystem.

José Miguel Arroyo, TM-Freund aus Valladolid, zeigt auf dem Foto, wie wohl sich seine Tochter im Pool von Arenales Playa fühlt. Dieses Foto gewann den ersten Preis des Fotowettbewerbs im Sommer 2007, eine Wii-Konsole.
Rubén und Elena nehmen ihre Reise in die Karibik in Empfang
Unter allen Teilnehmern des TM-Clubs hat das Schicksal Rubén Coves Martínez ausgewählt. Er entschied sich, die Reise gemeinsam mit seiner Partnerin, Elena del Olmo Lara, anzutreten. Die beiden waren die Gewinner der All-Inclusive-Reise an die Riviera Maya.
